Rushes Restaurant emerges in Waterloo with fresh look, new kitchen

Restaurant adds panache and world-class menu to transformation underway at the Waterloo Inn
Opening Day: September 14, 2001
Rushes, 6,400 square feet,  is the new four-star restaurant of the Waterloo Inn and Conference Centre.

As part of a phased renovation aimed at better attracting and serving the needs of conference and other group needs for both rooms and banquets, Waterloo Inn contracted the international award-winning firm of II BY IV Design Associates Inc. to develop the new, larger dining and lounge facility.

Waterloo Inn has just spent $3.1 million on its completely revamped, state-of-the art kitch and on a space now known as "Rushes" - the "new, four-star, gourmet restaurant" that opens September 14.
